On this page, we will guide you on how to use the YMJ subscription.

What is the difference between "Cancel This Plan" and "Abandon This Plan"?

The "Cancel This Plan" option displayed in the current subscription plan on your account page is used when you do not wish to renew the plan for the next billing cycle.

〇 Canceled plans will remain on your account.
〇 You can continue to use it until the expiration date even after cancellation.
〇 If you wish to resume, please click "Resume" and proceed with the payment process.

The "Abandon This Plan" option displayed in the current subscription plan on your account page will completely remove the plan from your account.

Please note that if you abandon the plan, you will no longer be able to use it from the moment it is deleted.

You cannot delete your account by yourself.
Please submit a request to delete your account through the contact form.

If there is a plan remaining on your account page, you can click the 'Resume' button to access the payment screen. After completing the payment, your subscription will be renewed.

On a computer, the 'Login' menu is displayed in the main menu at the top of the site. On a smartphone, it appears after tapping the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen.

If the login menu is not displayed, you are already logged in. Please go to your account page to check your status.

You can reset your password using the button below.

Please enter your username or email address.
We will send you a link via email to create a new password.

You can access the member management screen by going to your account page and clicking on "Manage Members."

You can remove members by selecting "Manage Group" on your account page.

Deleting members will free up member slots, allowing you to add new members.

Payment

The payment is resulting in an error.

If the payment fails due to an error, such as incorrect card information, you can retry the payment from your account page.

〇Your application status will be marked as "Pending."

〇You can resubmit your application by selecting "Retry Payment."

The content of this site is currently available only through the browser. Printing is not supported.

For 'New Articles' they are available for free for one month from the date of publication, but after that, they become paid content (YJM exclusive). Other readings that were previously available for free may also become paid content.

There are no translations available for the articles. We encourage readers to understand the content in Japanese rather than through a translated language. While translations are not provided, we make use of photos and illustrations to help facilitate understanding.
